Matthew Fritz
2021 Sauvignon Blanc

About Matthew Fritz
Founded by winemaker and entrepreneur Matthew Bonnano, Matthew Fritz
wines are companion wines to his Napa Valley flagship Cabernet Sauvignon
BonAnno. Matthew Fritz was founded on a few simple principles: Seek out and
source fruit from top North Coast vineyards, let the fruit stand on its own
through a pure, clean winemaking process, and ultimately, ensure every bottle
is a true representation of both the variety and appellation.

Vintage
2021 was a dry vintage in Northern California leading to smaller fruit clusters packed with concentrated flavors.

Vineyard
Grapes for this 2021 Sauvignon Blanc were sourced from premium vineyards within the Lodi AVA.

Winemaker
Renowned winemaker, Jim Milone, crafts, blends and bottles Matthew Fritz in
Healdsburg, Sonoma County. Jim grew up in the vineyards of his
grandfather’s winery in Mendocino County and currently lives in Northern
Sonoma. His excellent relationships with wineries and growers throughout the
North Coast of California are invaluable to our vineyard sourcing.

Winemaker Notes
The wine is a pale straw color. Floral aromas lead to lemon zest, crisp green apples and faint tropical notes. The palate is lively with a crisp refreshing finish.
